Święte lies at the north-eastern boundary of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship. At the north end of the village there is a beautiful eighteenth-century parish church of Saint Barbara. The historic temple is the largest wooden church in the area, and one of the largest in Poland. The interior is decorated with three altars: the main - the high altar in honor of St. Barbara, a side altar on the epistle side - in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the side altar on the Gospel side - in honor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Entering the church transfer us into the world completely separate from our daily lives, we are overcome with peace and dignity of this holy place. The overwhelming smell of incense permeated wood guides the direction of our minds to God, in whose house we are.

We invite you to visit this temple. Especially, to join in common prayer, during Holy Masses and other services.
